In 2021 Ukrainian Geological Survey opened easy access to 13 online data bases to be freely visited by subsoil users, sold histotic number of 377 new licenses (2,5 time more comparing previous years), issued widely through e-auctions, and canceled 315 licenses, which were not performed well.

«The past year was positive and brought fantastic results for Ukrainian Geological Survey. We stay keen to three general priorities: set up client-oriented agency, attracting investment in E&P industry, and increase the efficiency of mining regulation», – said Roman Opimakh, the Director General of UGS.
