Met with representatives of business, foreign embassies and authorities at “Mining day”, organized by the European Business Association. According to the results of the Association’s poll, 8 out of 10 subsoil users consider the mining industry attractive for investment, and Ukraine’s minerals resource potential is estimated at 8/10 points.

 The mining sector remains the basis of sustainable and effective development of the national economy. Therefore, it is very important now to continue to work full time, even in these difficult period for the country, in order to save jobs, pay taxes, and support military forces.

 To this purpose, even during the war time the Ukrainian Geological Survey digitized all key services, prepares new minerals parcels for electronic auctions, regularly announces and conducts auctions bidding, issues licences for E&P.

 This year, fees for the sale of licenses have already reached three billion hryvnias. In addition, over 500 licences for almost six billion were transparantly sold during the entire period of e-bidding.
